New York, the paradigm of urban life, a convergence of races, cultures, languages and senses, the birthplace of cultural movements and the icon of modernity, it is energy in its purest form. It is therefore no surprise that it should capture the interest of the artist who transmits two juxtaposed aspects through his brushstrokes. On the one hand, we see a dynamic, eccentric, bubbling and restless city, an explosion of one of the most densely populated cities on the planet. On the other hand, we see the calmness of a city that never sleeps; serene compositions that call for contemplation.

Strokes hint at well known landmarks of the most represented city in the world from a new and personal perspective, an absolute feast for the human eye. Icons such as the Empire State Building, the Twin Towers which have since disappeared, skyscrapers caressing the clouds, lights flooding the streets, billboards that pave the way and moving crowds, all of which are represented by suggestive lines to simply be enjoyed.
